Implement specialized task forces to provide targeted support, concentrate resources and factors, and make every effort to accelerate project construction. Twenty projects, including the Intelligent Manufacturing Center for Gold, Jewelry, and Accessories, the Senrui Technology Innovation Center, and Phase II of the Sino-German Industrial Park, have been completed and put into operation.

　　In 2023, under the strong leadership of the County Party Committee and the County Government, the Chang乐 Economic Development Zone focused on its core responsibilities—economic operations, project construction, dual attraction and investment promotion, and opening up to the outside world—concentrating its efforts on implementation and fully promoting the solid advancement of all tasks.
The project construction is steadily advancing.
　　We have implemented dedicated task forces to provide targeted support, concentrating resources and factors to accelerate project construction with all our efforts. Twenty projects—including the Intelligent Manufacturing Center for Gold, Jewelry, and Accessories; the Senrite Technology Innovation Center; and Phase II of the Sino-German Industrial Park—have been completed and put into operation. Currently, there are 36 ongoing projects, including the Huanneng Intelligent Conveying System and GrainMills’ high-end starch premixes. Among these, Phase I of the Huanneng Intelligent Conveying System project will begin production in October. Seven projects—such as the intelligent manufacturing of Zhongchuan Zipper Heads, the new-energy vehicle radiators from Xinxing Power, and Wanbo Down—are now substantially completed. We also have 11 reserve projects, including Huamai Paper’s bundled packaging cardboard and high-grade boxboard, and Shengtai Pharmaceutical’s specialty corn starch. Four projects—GrainMills’ high-end starch premixes and Xinshengyi’s green folding product chain—have been nominated as provincial key projects for 2024, while ten projects—including Shengtai Pharmaceutical’s specialty corn starch and Luxiu CNC bed—have been nominated as municipal key projects for 2024.
