Product Use


Used as a thickening and stabilizing agent in dairy products such as stirred yogurt, set yogurt, and lactic acid beverages; used as a thickener in sauces and seasonings like tomato sauce, mayonnaise, seafood sauce, and oyster sauce; used in jam products including spreadable jams, baked jams, crystal fruit pastes, and fruit pulp jams; used in filling products such as red bean paste fillings, fruit fillings, and mooncake fillings; and used in frozen foods and meat products like crystal products, glutinous meatballs, and fish balls.
