The Organization Department of the Chang乐 County Committee conducted on-site study and research activities at project sites.

Leaders of the ministry and all cadres from the agency visited, in turn, the 700,000-ton annual capacity green and intelligent upgrade project for citric acid at Weifang Yingxuan Industrial Co., Ltd., the intelligent conveying high-end complete equipment and operation & maintenance supporting industrial base project at Shandong Mining Machinery Huanneng Equipment Manufacturing Co., Ltd., and the 220,000-ton high-end starch premix intelligent manufacturing project at GrainMills (Shandong) Food Ingredients Co., Ltd.

To further implement the requirements for conducting in-depth investigations and studies, and to encourage organizational personnel to step out of government offices, go to grassroots communities, and engage directly with frontline workers—gaining a firsthand understanding of the actual situation and acquiring accurate information—we organized, on the afternoon of December 9, all staff members of the Organization Department of the County Party Committee to visit project sites in the Development Zone and Baodu Subdistrict, where they carried out study and research activities.
Leaders of the department and all staff members successively visited the sites of four projects: the 700,000-ton annual-capacity green and intelligent upgrade project for citric acid at Weifang Yingxuan Industrial Co., Ltd.; the intelligent conveying high-end complete equipment and operation & maintenance supporting industrial base project at Shandong Mining Machinery Huanneng Equipment Manufacturing Co., Ltd.; the 220,000-ton high-end starch premix intelligent manufacturing project at GrainMills (Shandong) Food Ingredients Co., Ltd.; and the intelligent manufacturing center project for gold, jewelry, and ornaments at Shandong Yifu Jin Industry Jewelry Co., Ltd. Through on-site observation and research, as well as guided tours and explanations provided by relevant officials from the subdistrict and project leaders, they gained a detailed understanding of the projects' specifics.
Through this field investigation, the majority of organizational cadres have broadened their horizons and gained a deeper understanding of the details surrounding key projects, further enhancing their awareness and commitment to serving project development. The majority of organizational cadres expressed that they will make good use of “investigative research”—a treasured legacy passed down through generations—by increasing the frequency of immersive learning, on-site investigations, and hands-on, grassroots-level engagement in their future work. They pledged to further enhance their Party spirit through such research, refine their fine working styles, and strengthen their capabilities and competencies. They also committed to closely integrating the planning and promotion of organizational work with the broader goal of supporting economic and social development and implementing the central tasks of the county Party committee. Moreover, they vowed to consciously transform the Party’s innovative theories into vibrant practices that drive the development of organizational work, thereby making greater contributions to Changle’s high-quality development.
